I wonder if we want to yank plymouth-theme-* from the clusters (if it's
possible) so that we see normal startup and shutdown messages, in the case
where 'DEL' is unresponsive.
Or is it easier to ship our own Plymouth theme (#145) which just displays
all text messages?
