I briefly looked at this. Rather than put fuser(1) calls in snapshot-run,
wouldn't it be easier to simply divert 15killprocs (or even simpler, ship
14killprocs-noreally that does what we want)?
Someone should still file the upstream bug to re-arrange the loops so that
it TERMs all the processes, sleeps $n, and then kills them all.
