CUPS should grow something like `$LPROPT` so that a user has a way to say
"Apply `-o sides=two-sided-long-edge` to all print jobs I submit,
regardless of the printer". There was some discussion about this with
Michael Sweet (TODO: Link to thread) and I believe the outcome was "No".
