Hi Adil,
We don't anticipate supporting Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise) prior to its release date, which is April 26. In general, it takes us a week or two to get up to speed after the official release and update the install. If you add yourself to the debathena-announce mailing list (it's a public list, you can use http://web.mit.edu/moira/ to add yourself), we'll send an e-mail to that list once it's officially supported.
As to your second question, Debathena configures Evolution to access your Exchange e-mail box using the IMAP protocol. However, you may continue to use OWA with your favorite web browser. Many users prefer it because it does have more features than IMAP access to Exchange. However, both Evolution and OWA have access to the same messages in your Inbox and other e-mail folders.
