Filing this here so it's not forgotten. If you change your Athena
password, your keyring no longer unlocks on login. For when the password
changes while the user isn't on a cluster and gnome-keyring isn't running,
probably the best thing to do here would be to convince it to give you a
"It looks like your password changed. Enter your old/new password to reset
your keyring" prompt. Zephyr suggests Apple does this for Keychain.
(This is particularly a nuisance because the svn client is dumb and
apparently doesn't bother prompting for a password if you fail to unlock
the keyring. Had to help a user with this just now.)
