I did some futzing with this. AFAICT, the client software is successfully
gathering session length and programs executed. I also tried pointing it
at a different "syslog server" (my laptop, running nc), and got the data
it sent. So I think this must be a server-side issue with wslogger. I'm
not sure what further debugging I can do.
