This is a malicious email that is obviously not from USPS, please DO NOT open the attachment as it is a known virus (see here for details). If you have downloaded the attachment already, you should immediately scan for viruses (using windows defender and/or malwarebytes) and if you've done any purchasing or online banking since then, you should closely watch your bank account over the next week or two.
