A getent_nonlocal binary would be possible with a bit of refactoring, but
do you have a use case for it that hesinfo couldn’t satisfy?
`NSS_LOCAL_IGNORE` can’t really work: nss_nonlocal isn’t loaded in a
position where it has the ability to cause local users to disappear, and I
don’t really want to give it that ability.
