This is not as simple as we think it is. The `--kiosk` command line
switch exists, but is not documented in the list of stable switches.
Right-clicking on a link and choosing "Open in new window" gets you a
fully functional chrome window, etc. And in Kiosk mode, you don't get a
URL bar (and we kind of want one). I don't know what the right answer is
here.
