-------------------------+-------------------------------------------------- If there's a race where we move a new version of a package to production
between the time that a machine runs "apt-get update" and the time that it
tries to download a package, the old package was deleted. It's possible we
should not immediately delete old packages, and keep them around for a day
or two.
This might also make the problem in #725 better.
