Hesiod clusterinfo, and machines without named queues don't have a default
(well, ignoring #893). We should either make debathena-cupsys-config set
mitprint to be your default printer if you don't have a default already,
or update clusterinfo (and give clusterinfo to athena.dialup, linerva,
etc.).
