--------------------+------------------------------------------------------- For some reason, Natty (at least) has /etc/init.d/ssh and
/etc/init/ssh.conf, both of which are entirely independent of the other.
The latter, being an Upstart job, does not source /etc/default/ssh, so the
hack from #315 doesn't take effect.
