I'd like to get the DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOCONF bug fixed at the hackathon
this weekend. While we're touching every package ever, I think we should
also remove DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_DEBIAN_CONTROL.
It would be nice to at the same time delete either debian/control or
debian/control.in, but my priorities will be to get the other two done if
we've not come to agreement on debian/control* by then.
