I updated the config-package-dev website and committed it to the website
repo... do these changes look sane? Primarily I got rid of the
way-out-of-date code/ directory and told people to install it from
Debian/Ubuntu or better yet Debathena, and download the code from Anders'
git repository. The one thing that I removed was the Etch build logs, but
I'm not convinced they were useful.
It occurs to me that a cpd-users and/or cpd-announce mailing list might be
useful the more we evangelize it to the outside world. (I'd be happy to
add users to debathena@, but this list is way too high-traffic for non-MIT
people to really care.)
This was inspired by

and noting that he probably wants a newer version of c-p-d than we had.
