-------------------------+-------------------------------------------------- When you login to a machine with a different monitor configuration,
sometimes "Could not apply stored configuration to monitors." pops up.
This doesn't necessarily fix itself after logging out then logging back in
on the new machine. We should suppress this notification in login-
graphical and above.
