I wouldn't expect it to get fixed; it's pretty much abandonware at this
point. Everyone in Ops has switched to using kadmin to extract keytabs
since get_srvtab doesn't support the preauth we use with our RSA
SecureID tokens for our root instances.
If Accounts hasn't switched to using kadmin for pulling keys, I'd
recommend talking to NIST about doing so.
