initialize_foo_error_table is the one that doesn't work on OS X; you
have to use add_error_table. That seems to exist on Athena/MIT krb5.
Heimdal doesn't have add_error_table, but does have an add_error_table
which looks to be equivalent, and AFS doesn't have either.
