Mozilla just released the final 2.x release; no more security updates.
This means unless we backport patches, we could be running vulnerable
Fx2's in all the clusters until the Ath10 transition.

I tried once to get Fx 3 working on Athena 9. It seems like it could
work, given the right libraries and some ld hacks. There used to be a
static build, which would have worked nicely.
