This went out today, because I was busy yesterday and Wednesday.

My original script failed to take into account people with completely
inaccessible homedirs, and mistakenly counted them as
Dash users. I fixed this halfway through, but 33 people mistakenly
got the e-mail.

After accounting for inaccessible homedirs, there are 89 confirmed
Dash users.
