I believe, when doing the alpine work, that I decided the Athena email
transition is over (there are still people using MH folders, but they're
mostly beyond our help) and that the support impact of omitting the #mh
collection would be lower than the maintenance burden of retaining it.
If CSS has a different opinion, then it's probably not that hard of a
change to put back in.
