I've committed and uploaded this change, as r23247.  -cluster-software
is renamed to -extra-software, and a subset -extra-software-nox is
split out to contain the packages appropriate for non-graphical
machines like dialups (e.g. texlive-full but not openoffice.org.)

I think both packages should have substantially more software.  Some
of the software that should be in -extra-software-nox is in
debathena-linerva-master (in
/mit/debathena/packages/meta/linerva-master/debathena-linerva-master.equivs;
it's a very long list), and some of the other software that should be
in -extra-software can probably be identified from the software
installed on mega-man, a Debathena workstation located in the SIPB
office which has seen heavy use for over a year.
