One option is to make debathena-pidgin-wrapper actually act as
debathena-pidgin-or-gaim-wrapper, and have it declare all the Debathena
dependencies on either pidgin or gaim, depending on the release (removing
the direct dependencies on them from debathena-cluster-software).
