Ahh, right. Then we probably do want to increase the version number for
the original tarball. We could just do a minor version increase, but that
would be confusing given that previous debathena versions are coupled to
an Athena RPM verison number. So bringing things up to something starting
with 10 makes sense.
Which just leaves open the question of whether we should change things to
Debian-native while changing the version numbers. I think that issue
deserves more discussion now, since it implies a lot of decisions we're
going to have make soon.
