I've met with jdreed and wdc to discuss the possibility of adding a
long list of 3partysw packages to the athena10 release, of which lynx
and svn could be a part (this would most likely be one or more
additional package bundles, similar to debathena-cluster-software,
that users wouldn't need to install if they don't want to).
One major concern I have about this is that if we only update the athena10
base OS when Ubuntu LTS releases come out, many packages are likely to
get severely out of date. I'd feel much better about this if we could
use the regular, 6 month interval Ubuntu releases for athena10.
