I've used Ubuntu for years, and I've never seen this warning message, so
it's unfamiliar to me too.
Ubuntu also doesn't require the apt-file package (in fact, I only just
installed apt-file manually on one of my machines today for unrelated
reasons), so I'm not sure what this message means.
Maybe Athena 10 causes apt-file to be installed, and it's complaining
because it's installed but not updated? (When I install manually, I
always want to do "apt-file update" anyway, because that's why I installed
it to begin with.)
