Hi Evan,
I won't chime in the ACLs, but we are slated to replace the three print
servers getting slammed starting tonight. IO will be first while
paper-pusher and mulch will soon follow. After that, the printer
congestion should pretty much go away, we hope.
At some point, I'd like to chat with you about what you did with CUPS. I
am doing some testing myself to see if we can get off the aging LPRng
software some time in the next couple of months. I have a couple of
queues using a test server here, but I would like to see what you guys did
so that we don't collide in efforts.
Sound good?
