Okay, in answer to your question: you can now run "athinfo machinename
upgrade-status" to see what updates are pending on an Athena 10
machine. (At least, after said machine takes the new athinfod
update.)
I decided to punt on the script wrapper and just run aptitude
directly. It only takes about a second if we're not updating the apt
cache.
