Can we get commit logs of added nonbinary files? It's actually kind of
confusing to see commit logs with some but not all of the diffs, and then
wonder whether the code that just got mentioned on athena10@ actually got
checked in. It would also help being able to do effective post-commit
review (for both sanity and security) immensely; currently there's a lot
of code going in that isn't being read by anyone other than the commiter,
and we commit with null instances.
