On svn.mit.edu, not until a couple of rounds of improvements happen, and
that work is stalled.
There is also anonsvn.mit.edu. It appears to be a machine run by the
Kerberos team, but the generic hostname *might* indicate a willingness
to host other repositories. I will ask them.
