krb5 had previously been removed from the locker build because it was
completely broken in Alpine 1.00 and wouldn't build.
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=455359#15>
It took me a while to get it working in Alpine 1.10 even after that was
fixed, because not only does their build system never correctly quote
variables when passing them around, it turns out that they get unquoted
different numbers of times in different places---so it is impossible to
set EXTRAAUTHENTICATORS to "gss krb" no matter how many quotes and
backslashes you try to add. My eventual solution was to scribble
DEFAULTAUTHENTICATORS += krb directly into one of the low level Makefiles.
I believe that krb5 should work now, but I don't have a server to test it
on, so I'd appreciate if someone could do that.
