This is a good idea. I'll have to think about the precise way of
getting it to work with debathenificator, but it should be doable.
Tim and Anders have also pointed out that Debian should have renamed
their orig tarball version (as they did for 3.1) since they're not
shipping a pristine tarball. So we can also file a bug with Debian and
perhaps get the problem fixed on their end.
