I think this went into the debathena component because the only package 
we're including is libsasl2-krb4-mit, which had been removed from the 
relevant upstream distributions.  As a result, we were not actually 
overriding any upstream packages.

One worry in moving it is that it is required for other packages in the 
debathena component to work, e.g. all the mitmailutils.
