Pretty much done with the script. Two additional notes:
* If we're going to be running this automatically once an hour or
whatever, we don't want to make futile attempts to rebuild modules
for kernels we know don't work. So I made the script check
failed.log for a previous failed attempt, and just skip kernels
where it sees one.
* Do I need to put an NMU tag on the metapackage versions to prevent
filename conflicts between dists? I think I might.
