I think at least 5 machines are using our modules with -server; I'm not
aware of any using them on -xen at the moment, but it seems harmless to
build them.

You mean debathena-locker, not debathena-clients.

I think integrating the installer is probably the right place. For
existing machines, I'm afraid we may have to convince users to install the
right one.
