As you can see from r23722, our CellServDB was just a wee bit behind the
Athena CellServDB, including missing changes to the athena and dev
cells. I've uploaded afs-config 1.7 to -proposed with those changes.
I've basically resolved at this point to make no changes to production
without giving them at least a full business day in -proposed. Mitch has
asked that it get moved sooner, and that seems reasonable to me in this
particular case, but before I go and break my new resolution, I'd like
to hear ACKs from at least 2 or 3 other developers.
