We should probably comment on the need to re-enable Debathena after
the upgrader comments it out of the sources.list.

(It still does that, right?  I recall efforts to get ourselves a hook
to avoid that fate, but I don't expect we got it into the Hardy or
Intrepid upgraders.)

Other than that, looks like it says all the right things.  I might put
both punchlines in the first graf, in addition to the subject line,
and coalesce the upgrade instructions into one graf toward the end.
But none of that is crucial.
