Note that (al)pine will create the postponed-msgs folder when you postpone
a message (with ^O) if it doesn't exist, and will delete the folder when
you resume editing the last message. If this causes other clients to go
crazy, it might be worth _not_ using postponed-msgs as the standard drafts
folder.
(Also, it deletes the folder when you resume editing, not when you send or
explicitly delete it -- if you re-postpone, it will re-create the folder.)
