The current /afs/athena.mit.edu/service/CellServDB is based on a very old
copy of the grand.central.org public CellServDB
<http://grand.central.org/csdb.html>; it was forked from the 2005-10-15
version.
I extracted the changes that Athena made since the fork as follows:

diff -u CellServDB.tmp /afs/athena.mit.edu/service/CellServDB
The changes are:
1. A . was appended to all fqdns ('/^[^>]/s/$/./').
2. The athena.mit.edu, dev.mit.edu, net.mit.edu, and sipb.mit.edu cells
were moved to the top of the file.
3. The cells lees.mit.edu, acpub.duke.edu, 1ts.org, raeburn.org,
tonguecraft.com, thok.org were added right below that.
4. The dev.mit.edu servers were changed from wham,rattle,hum to
wham,hammer,screw.
5. The order of the sipb.mit.edu servers was changed from
reynelda,rosebud,ronald-ann to reynelda,ronald-ann,rosebud.
6. The servers for club.cc.cmu.edu, cs.cmu.edu, qatar.cmu.edu,
sbp.ri.cmu.edu were updated.
The current g.c.o CellServDB (2008-11-07) has updates for some 80 cells
over the 2005-10-15 version. It already includes 1ts.org and the cmu.edu
cell updates. Can you please update the athena CellServDB based on this
new version?
It looks like changes 3 (except 1ts.org) and 4 should be reapplied, and
probably submitted back to jhutz so they can be included in the next g.c.o
version. Changes 1, 2, and 5 could maybe be dropped, because they make it
slightly more difficult to merge changes. Change 6 has already been done.
