As a note, it seems perhaps this is unecessary. In theory,
bash-completion is Recommended by bash, and thus should be installed
automatically. However, debuild did not have it installed; I wonder
whether this is because bash is Priority: required and thus may not have
been installed in a setting where Recommended packages are automatically
installed.
So, it's possible that this change is useless, but also possible that it
is in fact useful on Lenny.
