Hi,

This is a problem we've been trying to track down where users don't
get AFS "tokens", which allow you to access your files, automatically
on login. For now, if you log in and then run 'aklog', it should fix
the problem for future sessions for around 10 hours.

We're investigating the root issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
