It's been in the fstab since the reinstall, and I feel like I had
checked it at least once or twice.

I don't think we can just assume, even if it was being used briefly,
that it won't cause problems if we allow it to be generally used. My
inclination is to tell them the same thing we said last term. I'm also
too hosed by everything to personally want to invest time in helping
them fix things or even test them for that matter, but we can possibly
point them at linerva-dev.mit.edu, if Nelson still has that setup.
