To support you in organizing your Special Session, Mini-Conference, or Parallel Symposium, we are pleased to offer the following
discounted fees:
Publication fee: €310 per paper in the Proceedings (instead of €620 for regular papers)
If you are interested, please send us the Title and Topics of your Special Session, Mini-Conference, or Parallel Symposium by

There is also the possibility to publish your articles in our Scopus-indexed journals.
Additional Benefits

1. Successful Special Session organizers will be invited to join the Steering Committee of APSAC 2027.
2. Organizers will receive a CD-ROM containing 30 Books- Proceedings volumes from Springer from the recent years.
3. A certificate of recognition, signed by the General Chairman, will be awarded for organizing the Special Session.
4. In selected cases, organizers may be invited as Plenary Speakers for APSAC 2027 (subject to evaluation of the proposal and
biography).
5. The sessions and organizers’ names will be featured on the conference website.
Accepted and presented papers, following the peer-review process, will be published in AIP proceedings or in Volumes by Springer
Verlag in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series or in our ISI and Scopus indexed journals.
AIP and Springer Verlag CCIS are indexed in Scopus, ISI Web of Science Core Collection (WoS), DBLP, Google Scholar,
EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, ProQuest, EBSCI, Scilit.
The official language of the conference is English.
All submissions must be registered and uploaded online via the Registration section of the conference website.
