Since this problem only affects the plugin (I checked; that is the only
mkfifo() in the openjdk code), I think for now we should replace
icedtea6-plugin with sun-java6-plugin (which will pull in and use
sun-java6-bin), but leave openjdk-6-jdk installed.
Also, we should report this openjdk bug and propose a solution.
