I will chat with Heather Anne and Alex Prengel about this. I would
venture that Alex is going to want to do a lot of testing, which
obviously we can't do until current bash support is finalized, so we
might have a bit of a bootstrap problem here. If a Bash version of
setup appeared (not necessarily in the release, just a code snippet
that we agreed would be the finished product), that might be
sufficient for testing.
