Hello,
We are Pembroke Refinery UK. I am the procurement manager. We have
lost our crude oil suppliers from Russia due to the ongoing sanctions
on Russia resulting from the war in Ukraine. I am sourcing now Crude
Oil from Kazakhstan. I am looking for an intermediate party to secure
the Crude Oil Export license from Kazakhstan for 4,000,000 barrels
monthly for 12 months. The Kazakhstan authorities want a kickback from
the crude oil trades between my company and Kazakhstan, likewise
myself. We stand to make $20M monthly if we work together. Will give
more details on your response.
The Kazakhstan Government is also interested to invest their oil
proceeds in Real Estate in your country with you as the project
promoter/manager. Thats a lot of foreign investment money coming in.
