The subversion repository I mentioned agrees with the debian changelog
until it ends at 3.0.2-2. Debian has two additional releases, 3.1~beta0-1
and 3.1.2-1, plus the third no-op release 3.1.2-2 that Sam did earlier
today.
The zephyr-im/zephyr repo has a debian changelog, but nothing in it syncs
up with what is in debian.
We could reconstitute something from snapshot.debian.org for the missing
releases if we can=E2=80=99t find the rest of the history.
