While thinking about this, I remembered that when you write files from
Debathena machines after having gid 101 stripped from you, it places the
gid of the group "nogroup" as the gid field. So, if we don't want to have
lots (more) files whose group is "nogroup" lying around in AFS, it might
be a good idea to renumber group mit soon, even if we can't walk AFS
immediately (though it would be nice to walk AFS as well, the situation on
Debathena won't be any worse after we've renumbered the "mit" group but
before we walk AFS than it is right now).
