Just FYI, I'm going to start adding "proposed" as a keyword on tickets
where a fix is sitting in proposed. I'll also make a note on the ticket
of when I intend to move the packages into production, barring complaints.
I'd encourage other people to do this as well. It's easy to search for
open tickets with "proposed" in the keywords, so this seems like a
helpful mechanism for quickly checking up on the current state of what's
in -proposed - and just as importantly, seeing why packages are in there.
