Dear Sir/Madam,
Following to my previous reminder email, I wish to inform you that all
efforts to reach you has proved abortive, I have sent emails too but no
acknowledgement whatsoever.
Accordingly, I am contacting you in regards to your inability to receive
your abandoned consignment with Registration No : BK772313GDM scheduled
to be delivered to you by a Diplomat Agent from the Foreign Payment
Service under the United Nations Compensation Committee (UNCC), this
consignment has your name and address on it as the beneficiary.
The consignment in a metallic trunk box was declared as"FAMILY
VALUABLES" by the delivery agent and the consignment has been here with
us for a while, even the delivery agent who submitted some documents in
order to apply for the clearance of this package for immediate delivery
to you has not shown up till date.
I wish to inform you that our department shall begin to charge storage
fee of US$25.00 daily . Please confirm your desire to receive your
consignment so that I will process it's clearance and delivery to you
accordingly. This notice serves as our last notice to you as our
department will be compelled to list your package as an UNCLAIMED.
The said consignment will be confiscated by the United States Customs
Service if you do not respond immediately for the clearance and release
of the delivery package to you. For security reasons, please reconfirm
your direct telephone number for easy communication.
This office will be grateful if you could reply to this message
