the United Nation, and the World Bank Delegates after a bilateral crucial m=
eeting was held during=C2=A0 which the head of administration of these coun=
tries, representatives of association of African Central banks and Human Ri=
ght Renaissance Legion unanimously set up the UEMOA/African Union Emissary'=
s Foreign Debt=C2=A0 reconciliation commission to study, verify and audit=
=C2=A0 all the affected foreign beneficiaries=C2=A0 Payment files.
Please be informed that during our routine scrutiny and verification of you=
r entire official papers of fund claim as contained in your approved paymen=
t file, it was certified that you are the bonafide beneficiary of your appr=
oved legitimate fund. But much to my astonishment, yesterday we received ap=
plication for change of your former bank account through some persons who c=
laimed to be acting on your mandate. They submitted the under-mentioned
